There are approx. 2-3 T-Bone Steaks and 4 Porterhouse Steaks or Scotch Fillet Steaks to 1kg.

At the last Boneo market I bought a steak & mushroom pie, some premium beef mince and some sausages. All three purchases were excellent quality and I'm unqualifiedly delighted.
